Our wines are “special order” only, available for purchase through the State of Utah online ordering system - providing a source of unique and interesting wines for restaurants, resorts, and private clientele.
Vin 7000 is a business that has grown from the curiosity and passion that each of the business partners has in the wine world. We've all been involved in wine throughout our adult lives - from working in fine dining, to traveling to many of the great wine regions of the world, to the academic study of wine. Because this is a business of passion for us, its foundation is built on key beliefs and values that we hold at the core of how we operate.

We've had a curiosity and passion for wine throughout our adult lives; and are thrilled to culminate our various studies, travels, experiences, and community of winemaker friends into Vin 7000. Ignited by the mountain town of Park City, Utah, our purpose is to connect the wines we love with the restaurants and wine enthusiasts we enjoy.
Maggie Heile, CSW
Maggie is our head wine explorer. After taking 'early retirement' from the corporate world, she officially become addicted to formal wine education, earning her Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), WSET 2 and Intro Sommelier certifications. After working harvest at Natalie's Estate Winery in the Willamette Valley, she sparked the idea for a new wine brokerage in Utah, representing small, family wineries and
getting to tell their stories. And she's been sprinting ever since - rallying Brian and Craig to come onboard, and building the portfolio of fine wines.
Maggie has been fortunate to travel to many of the famous wine regions of the world - typically on bike with her husband, Craig. While she enjoys plenty of the fabulous wines of the world, she definitely has a bubble habit. She's most often seen with a glass of Champagne, ready to celebrate any and all of life's moments.
Brian's career has always included working in the fine dining industry, where he honed his interest and knowledge of wine. He has trained in some of the top restaurants, including the Ritz Carlton, Aqua, St. Regis, Wind & Sea, and The Mariposa. Brian is excited to be part of Vin 7000, where he can share the stories of our wines with the restaurants and wine buyers of Utah, and is eager to help with staff training and education.
Growing up in an Italian family, Craig gained an appreciation for good food and wine at an early age. He continued learning about, and experiencing, the magic of food and wine pairings through extensive global travel and living in Northern California for a number of years. With a high level of culinary talent, and strong taste acuity, Craig is our master of food and wine pairings. He considers a bottle of wine "the art of the impossible", each time opening up a new experience and learning opportunity for himself and others.
