This vibrant salmon colored wine has aromas of fresh strawberry, orange blossoms and spicy floral notes. On the palate, vibrant acidity and a complex fruit profile of ripe strawberries and Rainier cherries. The small amount of Carignan added to this wine provides a hint of tartness and leaves a crisp mineral finish.
Farming: Biodynamic, dry farmed or minimal irrigation
Winemaking: 100% whole cluster pressed, fermented in 55 gallon stainless steel drums, goes through a slow cold primary fermentation with natural yeast that last well into January. Wine does not go through malolactic fermentation and is cross filtered during bottling.
