Cherry, raspberry with blood orange and tea on the nose. Supple tannins add structure that is balanced with striking acidity.
From Winemaker Travis Todd:
This is a wine that shows the growth of de la boue each year. Always different as we add great vineyards to our program. We first worked with Vista Grande in 2019, and chose Gregory Ranch as an additional site in 2020. 2021 brought us the fortune to work with Temperance Hill fruit. The high elevation, volcanic nature of the Vista Grande site provides spice and acidity while the marine sedimentary elements of Gregory Ranch provide structure and lift. Temperance Hill brings a sanguine texture that ties it all together.
