This bright and beautiful wine is one I look forward to making each year; Gewurztraminer is so interesting, I never know what to expect! The rate at which the grapes ripen varies depending on how much warm weather we receive during the growing season. They can literally ripen overnight— which they did for this vintage after a few days of very warm weather. Enjoy on its own or pair with a spicy Asian-inspired dish.
