TASTING NOTES
Our Napa Valley Cabernet is made with grapes from ten different vineyard sites, resulting in a complex wine with layered flavors. It spent 20 months in barrel gently evolving and softening before being bottled.
Open a bottle and enjoy aromas of black raspberry, ripe strawberry and cassis with hints of cherry pie, graham cracker and espresso beans. The palate offers flavors of brambleberry, blueberry, nutmeg spice and brown sugar. Its moderate alcohol, firm acidity and velvety tannins help to frame a delicious, flavor-packed finish. Beautiful in its youth, this wine can easily be enjoyed now or in the next 5 to 8 years.Dark, black fruit is at the fore, couched in continued and long-lasting layers of excellence. This might be our greatest Solomon Lot 70 yet.
